SANTA CLARA, CA - April 26, 2006 - Vormetric today announced plans to support Oracle® Database Vault with CoreGuard, the company's product that provides transparent encryption of Oracle data files, helping to prevent indirect access and enabling compliance with encryption regulations. By helping to prevent tampering of Oracle configuration files and audit logs stored in the OS file system, CoreGuard coupled with Oracle Database Vault will enable joint customers to enforce stronger security policies to help decrease insider security threats and better meet today's stringent regulatory compliance requirements.
