Wayne Hui brings over 30 years of experience in the IT and cybersecurity industry. He has been with Thales since 2015; and currently is the Area Vice President for Application and Data Security across Greater China and Korea. In this role, he leads regional sales teams spanning Hong Kong, Mainland China, Mongolia, Taiwan, and South Korea, driving business growth, expanding partner and channel ecosystems, and strengthening Thales’ presence across public sector and enterprise markets.
Wayne is also well-versed in emerging technology trends, including quantum security and Web3, with a strong focus on how these innovations are shaping the future of data protection, digital trust, and enterprise security strategies.
Before joining Thales, Wayne held senior regional sales leadership roles at Oracle, Adobe Systems, and Hewlett-Packard, where he built a strong track record in advancing enterprise technology solutions and market expansion.
