Complying with The Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law in Indonesia
In October 2022, Indonesia enacted its Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), which is the first overarching regulation on data protection applicable to various sectors and marks a significant advancement in the country’s regulatory framework for data privacy.
