The SAS-PCE Professional Certification Course is an advanced training, focusing on setting up the SafeNet Authentication Service-Private Cloud Edition (SAS-PCE) authentication server and integrated solutions. The course is recommended for engineers who have completed the STA Cloud Authentication Certification course and have knowledge in Thales OTP authentication solution management.
The lessons are delivered in the form of presentations and lab practice.
Student interaction and live Q&A with the instructor is available throughout the entire training course.
Training Objectives
- Cover SAS-SPE/PCE Server Components, Prerequisites and Installation Process.
- Understand Aspects of Token Provisioning (focusing on MobilePASS+).
- Cover in-depth RADIUS-based Authentication by implementing the SafeNet Agent for NPS and the SafeNet Agent for FreeRADIUS.
- Practice Direct LDAP User Integration and Auto-Provisioning.
- Practice SAS-PCE Server Integration with ProtectServer HSM.
- Discuss advanced topics including Server Management, Licensing, Allocation Handling, Logging and Troubleshooting.
- Review Management through API.
- Discuss integration with 3rd party Service Provider Apps through Keycloak Agent.
- Implement Full High Availability Configuration (SAS HA Controller Service; Server Replication).
Duration: 3 days. Each day’s duration is 8 hours in total.
