Currently, Latin America lags other regions in terms of digital transformation. But this seeming liability actually gives Latin American organizations a chance to leapfrog other countries as they accelerate DX to transform their business going forward. IDC research shows that for some companies in Latin America, the digital transformation is, in fact, well underway. Twenty-seven percent of Latin American organizations in our study say they are either aggressively disrupting the markets they participate in or embedding digital capabilities that enable greater enterprise agility.
