Tellwise Technology

Inspired to improve the way business-to-business communication is done, Tellwise launched in 2012 and since then, they’ve been changing the way customers engage with their own customers, prospects and partners. Observing the lack of personalization using e-mail and marketing automation systems, they felt little insight was being gained when content was shared. Reducing contactability by phone was another key challenge facing sales and marketing professionals. Tellwise wanted to improve the ways people could get their jobs done, increase productivity, and gain a better experience over the status quo options. Also committed to protecting the safety of  communication of content itself, Tellwise brings Thales Luna SA Hardware Software Module (HSM) into the landscape to provide users with secure data protection in their communications.

Tellwise’s objective is to bring out the strengths of email, and provide the best experience possible for both buyers and sellers. To secure its communications, Tellwise integrates with Thales Luna SA to provide users with data protection services.

Tellwise Platform

Tellwise PlatformCloud ServicesembeddedTellwise Platform: Cloud Services with Thales Luna SAUsing a cloud service infrastructure, Tellwise provides innovative email and phone communication features that accelerate the sales process and build better buyer-seller relationships. They use smart messages to make email more interactive, personalized, collaborative and fully operational in real time. Their customers can chat and interact with their own customers, with no apps required, even on mobile. To protect these cloud-based communications, Tellwise brings Thales Luna SA HSM into its platform to secure their cloud services. Thales Luna SA HSM protects cloud-based environments using protective cryptographic (digital) keys, which in turn authenticates users and provides data protection. Luna SA’s key storage function uses a ‘keys-in-hardware’ approach that protects the entire key lifecycle within the FIPS 140-2 validated, tamper-proof appliance. This ensures protection of the digital keys, thereby protecting the encrypted data.
