CipherTrust Data Discovery and Classification is part of Thales next-generation CipherTrust Data Security Platform (CDSP).
This 3 day, self-paced online certification course focuses on the CipherTrust Data Discovery and Classification tool. Data Discovery and Classification (DDC) enables organizations to map their data assets in terms of their location, type and usage.
Complete visibility of sensitive data is attainable, with proficient data discovery, classification, and risk analysis across cloud, big data, and traditional.
In self-paced, online course, you will:
- Understand the aspects and tools of the CipherTrust DDC product
- Evaluate device architecture and usage schemes
- Deep dive into Supported Storages
- Install and configure TDP
- Cover Scans and Reports
Training setup:
The training sessions will be in the form of narrated presentations, and hands-on lab practices will be available over a remote virtual lab.
Students' access to the eLearning portal and the online lab environment is given Tuesday to Thursday during the assigned training week (No extensions)
Student interaction and email-based Q&A with the instructor are available throughout the entire course, during regional business hours.
An active internet connection is required to attend each online training session and view the course material.
Note: The prerequisite for the DDC course is that students must have taken the CipherTrust Professional Certification Course.
