What is the 2018 Thales Data Threat Report?
The Thales Data Threat Report presents the results of a comprehensive global survey of data security professionals. It takes the pulse of the security industry, particularly with respect to data threats and breaches. Thales conducts this survey in conjunction with 451 Research. The 2018 report, is based on web and phone interviews conducted in 2017 of 1,200 senior executives in Germany; Japan; India; the Netherlands; Sweden; South Korea; the UK; and the U.S. Most have a major influence on or are the sole decision maker for IT at their respective companies. Respondents represented a number of industries, including: automotive; energy; government; financial services; healthcare; IT; manufacturing; retail; and telecommunications.
In addition to reviewing trends in data threats and compliance, the report looks at:
